We work on menu development and recipe nutrient analysis for restaurants and schools. We also have a complimentary publishing business, Culinary Nutrition Publishing LLC, which produces textbooks and tools for chefs, dietitians and dietetic students.
Our clients include a variety of organizations, from government agencies and K12 school districts to food distribution companies. We strive to understand each customer’s unique vision and goals, and provide a practical approach that solves problems.
Our team is a diverse network of professionals who share a common passion for improving health and food culture in America. By connecting these leaders in their individual fields, we are leveraging the energy, creativity and perspective of this talented group and putting that to work for our customers.
